The entrance of gîte 3 is on the first floor with a living room and kitchen with dining table. In front of the house a terrace with dining table and bbq. Stairs lead to the ground floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. One bedroom has two beds, the other bedroom sleeps three and has a bunkbed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have doors opening directly onto the cosy inner courtyard with  comfortable seats. Outdoor stairs connect the inner courtyard with the higher up terrace, allowing direct access without passing through the bedrooms. Surface habitable: 72 m²
