Deposit:
€ 100 (Gite 5: € 200), payable upon arrival
Sheets rental:
€ 9 per person
Towel rental:
€ 4 per set (1 big & 1 small towel)
Electricity:
Included in price during mid and high season
(In low 1 & 2 €0,15/Kwh)
Firewood: € 7,50 per barrow
Water en gas: Included in price
Final cleaning: Included in price
Rental period: From Saturday 16.00 hr until Saturday 10.00 hr
Weekend rental: From Friday 18.00 hr until monday 10.00 hr
Special prices for long term lease in low season.
NB. Pets not allowed.
Occupation by more persons than specified in description is not allowed.
Payment:
- 25 % within two weeks upon receipt of confirmation of reservation.
- 75 % four weeks before rental period .
In case payment is not received in time, reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation:
More than 30 days before rental period 25%, from 30 to 21 days 40%, from 20 to 8 days 70%, less than 7 days 100%.
