The entrance of gîte 3 is on the first floor with a living room and kitchen with dining table. In front of the house a terrace with dining table. Stairs lead to the ground floor with two bedrooms and shower/toilet. Both bedrooms have doors opening directly onto the cosy inner courtyard with exterior dining and comfortable seats. Outdoor stairs connect the inner courtyard with the higher up terrace, allowing direct access without passing through the bedrooms. Surface habitable: 72 m².
