This is part of the main building and very spacious. The terrace, with dining table and comfortable seats is shaded by a leafy vine. It gives access to a large kitchen ( 7 x 4 metres) with a table for 8, possibly 10 persons. The kitchen is well equipped with a large cooker and dishwasher.
From here you enter either the secondary living room or you go upstairs to the spacious lounge. On the ground floor is a large toilet which also accommodates the washing machine. On the first floor next to the living room, the master bedroom has its own shower, toilet and walk in closet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms each with a shower toilet.
In wintertime the house can be heated by means of two wood stoves, in the kitchen and the second dining room. The main room upstairs is equipped with an open fire. Total habitable surface 160 m².
